Today we held the first Hoover Technology Round Table of 2019, hosted by 3000 RiverChase (formerly the Galleria Tower). Local leaders from business, academia, and government heard presentations from 3 thriving Hoover technology businesses:
Jarrod Morgan with ProctorU–A national online exam company that just announced a partnership with Google.
Mike Oakman with Healthgrades–who just acquired Influence Health, but plans both remain here and expand their business in Hoover.
Daniel Walsh with TrueCoders–a rapidly expanding programming school that specializes in technical training and mentoring.
I’ve been working in partnership Greg Knighton, Hoover’s economic development manager, to put together a solid plan for the meetings this year. This was a great kickoff!
